Professional Truck Driver Recruitment
Who We Are
Founded in 2003 in Heidelberg as a privately owned personnel recruitment office, the company initially operated as a regional provider within the Rhine–Neckar area, supplying personnel to various industries. Over time, the focus shifted towards logistics, culminating in a full specialization in professional truck driver recruitment.
In 2014 the company relocated to Worms and expanded its sourcing network to include CE-licensed drivers from across Europe.
The company has been owner-operated and continuously active for more than two decades.
What We Do
Our work is based on specialization rather than breadth. Instead of offering a wide HR portfolio, we connect qualified professional drivers with road freight operators — primarily in long-haul, international and transit-related operations within Europe.
Our Positioning
The European road freight market has become increasingly complex — both operationally and from a workforce perspective. Cross-border transport structures, regulatory frameworks, and demographic shifts require staffing models that are more structured and more international.
Specialization in this environment is not a branding choice, but a functional response to a technical market.
Who We Serve
We work with road freight carriers throughout the EU and with CE-licensed drivers seeking fleet placements aligned with their preferred routes and operational experience.
How We Work
Our approach is pragmatic, fact-based and operational. Requirements from the operator side — fleet type, equipment, schedules, compliance, route structures — are matched with the driver’s qualification profile, technical experience and motivation to perform.
The objective is operational compatibility and sustainable fleet uptime.
What Makes Us Different
Continuous specialization over more than 20 years has allowed us to integrate not only recruitment but also operational context into the process. We provide market feedback on labor-side constraints and offer input on staffing structures when necessary — especially in long-distance and international trucking environments.
Where Our Strengths Lie
Our strengths are rooted in logistical and technical understanding of commercial road transport, including:
- – Commercial vehicle and equipment knowledge
- – Segment-specific transport operations
- – Cost and productivity structures within trucking
- – EU transport regulations and compliance standards
- – Perspectives from both carrier and driver sides
This dual perspective enables us to operate not merely as an intermediary, but as a specialized connector within the European road freight ecosystem.
