About Euro Drivers — Professional Truck Driver Recruitment
Founded in 2003 in Heidelberg as a privately owned personnel recruitment office, the company initially operated as a regional provider within the Rhine–Neckar area, supplying personnel to various industries. Over time, the focus shifted towards logistics, culminating in a full specialization in professional truck driver recruitment. In 2014 the company relocated to Worms and expanded its sourcing network to include CE-licensed drivers from across Europe.
Instead of offering a wide HR portfolio, we connect qualified professional drivers with road freight operators — primarily in long-haul, international and transit-related operations within Europe. More than two decades of continuous owner-operated activity in one sector.

How We Work
Our approach is pragmatic, fact-based and operational. Requirements from the operator side — fleet type, equipment, schedules, compliance, route structures — are matched with the driver’s qualification profile, technical experience and motivation to perform. The objective is operational compatibility and sustainable fleet uptime.
Specialization in this environment is not a branding choice, but a functional response to a technical market.
Where Our Strengths Lie
More than 20 years of continuous specialization have allowed us to integrate not only recruitment but also operational context into the process. Our strengths are rooted in logistical and technical understanding of commercial road transport:
Equipment knowledge
Commercial vehicle and trailer type expertise — tautliner, mega, frigo, ADR, silo, walkingfloor. Candidates screened for hands-on match.
Segment operations
Deep understanding of long-haul, bilateral, transit and domestic segment structures — rotation models, planning cycles, fleet utilization.
Cost & productivity
Understanding of cost and productivity structures within trucking — enabling staffing recommendations that are operationally grounded.
EU compliance
EU transport regulations, Code 95, digital tachograph, Mobility Package — every placement verified for full compliance from day one.
Carrier perspective
Understanding of dispatcher and fleet manager requirements — route structures, planning continuity, equipment-specific demands.
Driver perspective
Insight into driver motivations, rotation preferences and lifestyle compatibility — reducing churn and improving long-term retention.
This dual perspective enables us to operate not merely as an intermediary, but as a specialized connector within the European road freight ecosystem.
